ChaosBio Capital is a personal research practice. I hold a small number of businesses for the long term and publish the reasoning behind them as it develops.

What you'll find here is the thinking, not the trading: the investment thesis for each company I follow, what would have to change for me to be wrong, and a dated log of how each view has evolved.

What you won't find is position sizes, cost basis, entry and exit prices, or performance. Those stay private, because they would invite you to follow rather than to think.

How this works

Every weekday an automated scan reads the news for each company I follow and scores it against that company's specific investment thesis. Most of it is noise and never reaches this site. When something is genuinely material, I review the summary myself before anything is published.
